A company affiliated with Artivision Technologies has signed a non-binding memorandum of understanding with a unit of New York-listed Youku Tudou to use the Catalist-quoted software firm’s video advertising technologies.
Youku Tudo’s subsidiary will initially use Artivision’s technologies for testing and evaluation. A definitive agreement may be signed once both parties have completed the evaluation process.
Youku Tudou is one of the biggest online video companies in China.
Shares of Artivision are trading at 9.3 cents as at 12:15 pm.
