Goodpack announced that the company will be delisted from the SGX with effect from Sept 15 2014.
The packaging materials supplier was acquired by leading private equity firm Kohlberg Kravis Roberts for $1.4 billion.
KKR said on May 27 it planned to delist Goodpack after the acquisition.
