Jasper Investments announces breach of payment obligation

Jasper Investments said subsidiary Jasper cosmopolitan has been unable to raise sufficient funds to take delivery of the Jasper Cosmopolitan vessel.

This has resulted in the occurrence of a “non-payment event”, said Jasper.

As such, shipbuilder Yiulian Shipyard has exercised its right to seek to sell the Jasper cosmopolitan vessel.
