Blumont Group has annpunced the resignation of executive director James Hong Gee Ho with effect from July 20, 2014.
Blumont has re-designated Ng Kim Huat to be an executive director with effect from July 19, 2014.
Hong, 47, is said to have resigned for “personal interest and reason”.
Blumont said Hong was responsible for the overall direction, strategic planning and, all matters relating to management of day-day affairs, including compliance of financial and accounting requirements; tax; compliance and regulatory standards; risk management; internal controls; and corporate governance of the company and group.
