Low Keng Huat (Singapore) Limited said its subsidiary Newfort Alliance (Moulmein) Pte. Ltd, has exercised options to purchase 36 balance units at Balestier Tower for $63.9 million.
The Ascott Limited, CapitaLand’s wholly-owned serviced residence business unit, says it has secured agreements to manage two more serviced residences in the vibrant port city of Jeddah in Saudi Arabia.
