Mapletree Logistics Trust (MLT) said it has completed the acquisition of Daehwa Logistics Centre in South Korea for 25.5 billion won ($30.8 million).
MLT added that its property portfolio now has 113 properties, comprising 52 in Singapore, 22 in Japan, eight in Hong Kong, nine in South Korea, 14 in Malaysia, seven in China, and one in Vietnam.
The total book value of these properties is about $4.3 billion.
