Noble said to hire Kareem Barbir to trade metals concentrates

Noble Group, Asia’s biggest commodity trader by sales, hired Kareem Barbir to trade industrial metals concentrates, according to three people familiar with the matter.

Barbir, previously with Nyrstar NV, joined this week and is based in London, said the people, who asked not be identified because the information hasn’t been made public. Stephen Brown, a spokesman for Noble in Hong Kong, declined to comment.
