Sim Lian releases for sale tower office of KL Trillion

Sim Lian Group has released for sale the tower office block of the KL Trillion in Kuala Lumpur. Two hundred and sixteen units have been put on sale at an average price of RM898 psf ($371.4 psf). In the Singapore and Malaysia preview of the development which started 2 April 2011, 56 units were sold for a total of RM71.7 million.

KL Trillion, an integrated development, has a gross land size of 4.45 acres in the KLCC vicinity and offers two blocks of 40-storey luxury service apartments and a block of 34-storey Grade A office tower, a podium comprising 40 exclusive offices with direct car access, 10 shoplots at ground level and a six-storey carpark.
