Thakral Corporation says wholly-owned subsidiary Hanbest has agreed to invest as much as A$8.4 million ($11.1 million) in a Sydney residential development called Emerant Lane.
Located in a northern suburb in Sydney, the Emerant Lane project consists of the development of 85 apartments at 284–288 Burns Bay Road, Lane Cove, located 9 km from the city’s Central Business District.
Sakkara is an established property developer in Australia. Since its founding 13 years ago, it has undertaken more than 80 property projects totalling A$4.7 billion ($6.2 billion) in value.
