Singapore’s Global Logistic Properties (GLP) (GLPL.SI), which owns warehouses in China and Japan, said on Monday it has signed a long-term lease agreement with a Japanese subsidiary of global logistics firm DHL group.
GLP’s property in Japan’s Chiba Prefecture occupies around 34,813 square metres and will function as a distribution centre for apparel products for DHL Supply Chain. This will be the third lease agreement that DHL group has with GLP in Japan.
However, the value of the deal was not disclosed.
