OCBC Bank (Malaysia) Sdn., an arm of Singapore’s Oversea-Chinese Banking Corp., said it will issue its first structured warrants to meet demand for sophisticated investment products. The market is currently dominated by a handful of local banks in Malaysia, OCBC said in an e-mailed statement today.
