International Container Terminal Services Inc. is studying its options over its bid for Singapore’s Portek International following a plan by Mitsui & Co. to make a higher offer.
“We are evaluating our options to determine what’s best for our shareholders,” Rafael Consing, treasurer at the Manila- based company also known as ICTSI, said in a phone interview. He declined to give more details.
