Metax Engineering Corporation said its wholly-owned subsidiary, Metax Eco Solutions, has won a RM31 million ($12.7 million) M&E contract from TEE M&E Engineering Sdn Bhd.
Under the deal, Metax will design and construct a 120 million litres per day Bertam DAF Phase 2 water treatment plant in Durian Tunggal, Melaka, Malaysia.
Work is expected to begin by April 27 and completed by February 28, 2013.
