Swee Hong Engineering said it has secured a construction contract from the Land Transport Authority worth $12.8 million for the widening of Upper Paya Lebar Road from Upper Serangoon Road to Bartley Road. The start date of the contract is July 16 2012 and the completion date for the contract is Jan 15 2015.
