Kheng Leong Co is launching its executive condominium (EC) development The Topiary (below), a 700-unit project on Fernvale Lane. The Topiary comprises a mix of two- to four-bedroom units and 16 single-storey penthouses.
Prices range from $580,000 for a two-bedroom unit to $1.08 million for a four bedroom dual-key apartment. Meanwhile, penthouses are from $1.28 million. The project is developed jointly with Qingjian Realty and is Kheng Leong’s first EC development since The Eden in Tampines in 2004. E-applications for The Topiary are open from Nov 30 to Dec 4, with the booking day on Dec 7.
