The e-application period for Ecopolitan EC (below) closed on July 7, and was over-subscribed by two times. The EC project also achieved the highest number of applications in 2013. The newest development by Qingjian Realty (South Pacific) Group, Ecopolitan is a 512-unit development.
Three-bedroom units from 893 sq ft are priced from $700,000, while four-bedroom units of 1,141 sq ft cost around $900,000. The development also offers a CoSpace concept that allows homebuyers to reconfigure the space within the units according to their needs.
