Three industrial sites at Tuas South Street 6 were awarded by JTC to the highest bidders of the respective sites. The tender for the sites was launched on April 30 and closed on June 11, with a total of 26 bids submitted.
The first site of 48,986 sq ft, the largest of the three, was awarded to S.H. Stainless Steel Contractor Pte Ltd, which won the site with a bid of $4.2 million. The second site was awarded to Stallion Development Pte Ltd for $2.6 million, and the third was won by Jin Choon Civil Engineering Pte Ltd for $0.25 million. All three sites are zoned for Business 2 development, with a gross plot ratio of 1 and a 22-year lease tenure.
