Vue 8 Residence to be launched on July 13

Joint-venture partners, Capital Development and ZACD Investments are launching Vue 8 Residence (top) on July 13. The 463-unit private condominium project located along Pasir Ris Drive 3 contains a mix of one- to five-bedroom apartments, dual key units and penthouses. Unit sizes start from 474 sq ft for a one-bedroom unit to 1,701 sq ft for a five-bedroom apartment.

Penthouse sizes are from 1,873 to 3,391 sq ft. The indicative price of the project is said to be in the $900 to $1,200 psf range. The eight 17-storey blocks and facilities such as clubhouse, swimming pool, tennis court and gym sit on a 99-year leasehold site of 240,224.5 sq ft.

“In recent months, new launches offering sea views in the East Coast and West Coast areas have been priced from an average of $1,300 psf onwards and have been well received,” says Tricia Teo, deputy managing director of SLP International, the sole marketing agency for the project. “Vue 8 Residence will prove to be a good value purchase among the limited seafront belts in Singapore.”
