City Developments Ltd (CDL) is launching its latest executive condominium, Lush Acres (top, right) for e-application on July 13. Applications close on July 21 and bookings will be conducted on Aug 17.
Located along Fernvale Close in Seng Kang, Lush Acres sits on a 150,000 sq ft, 99-year leasehold land site. Once completed, it will have 360 apartment units spread over four 25-storey towers. Units range from three- to five-bedroom apartments, with sizes ranging from 915 to 1,722 sq ft. The development is a short walk to the Layar LRT station. This development marks CDL’s sixth executive condo (EC) project, after The Florida, Nuovo, The Esparis, Blossom Residences and The Rainforest.
