Orchard Parade Holdings said the company has officially changed its name to Far East Orchard today.
The company had received shareholders’ approval for the name change at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 11 July 2012.
The new name reflects the company’s close alignment with Far East Organization, and allows the company to leverage on the “Far East” brand.
Its trading counter name will be changed from “OrchardP” to “FEOrchard” with effect from 9 a.m. on 31 July 2012.
Accordingly, the company’s website will be changed to www.fareastorchard.com.sg.
