Equation Corp says it has agreed to purchase three vessels -- Indo Artha II, HM Ocean III, and Lintas Samudera XVI -- from Fulink Investment for US$3 million ($3.7 million). Under the deal, the sale will be satisfied by the issue and allotment of 74,404,762 new Equation shares at $0.0504 each to Fulink Investment.
